The History of the Kung Sau Funeral Undertaker.

Kung Sau is a funeral undertaker. It has a history of more than 80 years. Since the 1920s, it has been operated by four different generations. Through exploring its history, we can learn more about the funeral rites industry in Hong Kong.

A funeral undertaker is different from a funeral home. A funeral home is a place where bodies are kept, and funeral halls are provided for funeral rites. A funeral undertaker is responsible for the body and the cremated ashes. It also offers one-stop service like leasing and renting funeral halls, decorating the funeral halls etc.
